Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actor who became famous because of her portrayal of powerful but vulnerable character. Linney was raised in a theatre family, her father Romulus Linney was a playwright. She graduated from Brown University in 1986 and further studied at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated in the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) which was located in New York City in 1990. It was 1990 when she launched the beginning of her Broadway career. She received praise for her roles in Hedda Gabrieller as well as Six Degrees of Separation.
