Morgan Fairchild is an American actor. Her birth name is Patsy McClenny, on February 3, 1950. Her fame grew in the 70s and 80s for the roles she played as a TV actress series. The glamorous look of her was often the focus of these shows. Fairchild started her career on The CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. As the first actress portraying Jenna Wade, she made her first appearance on the CBS soap opera daytime Dallas in 1978. Later she landed her first leading part on the NBC drama Flamingo Road (1980), that earned her a Golden Globe Award as Best Actress in a Television Series - for that show. The show was a short run on ABC's primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as on the NBC soap opera Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild was involved in the theater, as well as in guest roles for television series including Roseanne, Cybill and Friends and Murphy Brown. For the show, she received the Primetime Emmy Award.
