Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) is a former American actress. Elson began her acting career as a young child and as a model. Her most well-known role is as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction series. Andrea got the part of Lynn Tanner, in ALF (1986), after auditioning. She worked for several years in various TV series and Movies of the week before she decided to leave the world of entertainment. ALF occurred during a turbulent period to Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. People reported in 2000 Elson's struggles to grow as a woman before the audience of sitcoms. The green-eyed New York City native grew as a traveler because of the job in advertising that her father was employed in. Andrea was already a resident of New York and Chicago, San Diego and Los Angeles before she turned 10. In San Diego Andrea got an agent, and was able to get the role she tried to audition for. Fusco supported the idea by saying, "ALF can drink beer because he is older than 285." NBC cautioned Fusco to prevent ALF from drinking alcohol in front of children because it was a bad model. Fusco was of the opinion that ALF could drink alcohol even when he was an adult. In 1995 Fusco was diagnosed lymphoma. The treatment was successful and the disease remained in remission until 2019. It was in Englewood New York at the Lillian Booth Actors Home on 26 June 2019the actor of 75 years passed away due to cancer.
